Winter Solstice 2017

Winter Solstice 2017
Dear Family & Friends!!
Merry Christmas from San Diego!
Wishing you and your family all the Love and Happiness that Heaven offers!
As this year comes to a close, let’s review some highlights. During the first quarter, I spent time in Santa Barbara, visited Hearst Castle, and opened a Foxhaven Marin in Tiburon, CA. My birthday party was in Sausalito. I’m a Valentine’s Eve Baby, and spent this year with a nice circle of friends. During the Springtime, I spent time seeing clients and hosting Mermaid Swim Dates at Foxhaven Marin.
During this past Summer, I facilitated women’s retreats in Ocean City, MD in the Mid-Atlantic. This was where I first taught Hatha Yoga while I was still in high school. It was so lovely to return there all these years later and feel as if I had arrived full circle. I hosted a Labor Day party for family & friends there as well. I also saw clients at Foxhaven Baltimore in Towson, MD, where I teach meditation, relationship skills, and over 20 holistic modalities.
Now, my itinerary has me in Carlsbad, CA for the next six months, before returning to Baltimore. Since Thanksgiving, I’ve led a women’s workshop, Feminine Radiance, at Foxhaven San Diego, here in Carlsbad, where we have a beautiful facility. As we enter 2018 I will continue with a women’s support group, teaching meditation, doing relationship coaching, and working on my book, as well as a compilation CD, to benefit those affected by this year’s fires in California.
Eleven years ago, I left San Diego when my mom called to say she needed me. Returning here for the first time since 2009 has been very exciting. I helped my parents for years; being bi-coastal has been fun. And now, I shall continue leading workshops for women in my favorite places, as well as continue with my creative projects.
I look forward to seeing you in the coming year, or at least hope to receive news from you on how you are doing. There’s always more to look forward to as we get creative with our lives.
So, my holistic centers are currently in 3 locations: SF (Tiburon), Baltimore (Towson), and San Diego (Carlsbad). It’s very rewarding teaching people about meditation, yoga, communication and relationship skills, essential oils, energy medicine and other holistic techniques for their personal evolution.
I can feel my whole life has led me exactly where I am.
Having started teaching yoga when I was 17, health & wellness has been a focus through all my other projects.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Meanwhile, feel blessed.
Teresa

Creative Artist

Teresa is a multi-talented artist in the fields of music, film, tv, screenwriting, interior decorating, perfume design, wardrobe & image consulting, package design, interface design, culinary arts, menu planning, Feng Shui design, and more. Since being Class Artist in Kindergarten, to being Class Choreographer in High School, Teresa has been filled with creative vision since her earliest years. “I remember developing an aptitude for photographic composition from my family’s on-going love of photography. We would discuss what makes a beautiful image, capturing a moment to savor.

During her college years, Teresa decided to studied Liberal & Expressive Arts, in order to combine the conceptual with the emotional. This felt very innovative for her. “Focusing on Dance allowed me to apply all that I had been learning. ‘Wisdom from the chaos’ was an on-going theme.” Teresa’s college years took her from Baltimore to Sonoma to France to San Rafael to San Francisco. Her love of learning continues to this day.

After college, Teresa followed her artistic vision to produce meditation videos, music videos, dance concerts, interactive theater, and all kinds of musical productions. Today, she is compiling some of her best works for public viewing. Stay tuned for exhibits, books, concerts, and more. Today, more than ever, artists’ voices are helping to educate and unify people. Music, film, tv, and literature are powerful tools to enlighten the masses. But, we must choose this.

Singing

When you sing, you want to have a space where you can listen to the echoes and not worry what the neighbors think. But where will you go? A practice room at the local college? A rehearsal space? Whatever you choose, when you finally can express those notes and focus on their timbre, then you will know the ecstasy of singing.
