Teresa has dedicated her Life to providing personal growth programs to women and men, both online and off. Her blogs, coaching programs by-phone, and live events reach millions of people in diverse corners of our globe.

While most of her clients are Fortune 100 Executives, Teresa remains humble. As a freshman in college, studying Robert Hutchins Liberal Arts program at Sonoma Statue University, she was asked to create a philosophy for Life. Her answer still rings true today: Simplicity, Balance & Love.

She has performed in front of groups as large as 75,000, but usually works one-on-one or in small groups. In each of her tools for transformation programs, the underlying thread is just that: Relaxing into simplicity, finding balance in one’s Life, and expanding into Universal Love.

Springtime Flowers

One of the best things about Spring is watching the bright colors of flowers come forth as the temperatures warm up. Winter can be brutal, and the tender petals of flowers with their vibrant hues can really lift your spirits. Regardless of your garden zone, make time to find the lovely pinks, purples, yellows, oranges, and other shades popping up around your region.

Take some time alone or bring a friend to explore the fields of springtime flowers which surely inspired Vivaldi’s Rites of Spring! Spending time out-of-doors is almost always a refreshing and rejuvenating activity. Find out where the best flower fields or gardens are near you and then make a date with your self or someone else to go breath in the beauty of floral landscapes. You’ll be glad you did. In fact, you may finally start making a regularly scheduled appointment to go to the lovely spots in your location. Notice which colors speak to you. Which colors make your heart jump? Notice how refreshed you are afterwards, or what you want to do the next time you go. See if you find you are feeling refreshed and clear about your life’s course. This self-care activity really contributes to your well-being. Finding a beautiful field of flowers often feels like a sacred space where you can get in touch with your inner light.
