What happens in a Coaching Session?
Whether you choose one hour a week or more, Coaching Sessions with Teresa are conducted by phone, most of the time. This allows you to be where you want to be as you are being coached. Coaching-by-phone is a convenient way to get the support you need as you develop your goal management skills, whether in the area of relationships, wellness, or spiritual growth. Coaching in person is held at Teresa’s ocean view location in Carlsbad-San Diego, CA. All coaching is by appointment only.
What happens in a Consultation?
Consultations are usually in-person, depending on Teresa’s itinerary, but you may also receive consultations via phone or Skype, in the areas of personal growth, interior decor, Feng shui, essential oils, well-being, and related information for your holistic health plan.
Where is Teresa located?
Each year, Teresa travels to various regions of the USA to teach any number of her 200+ personal, professional, community & organizational development programs. Who is Teresa Ann Foxworthy (The Person)?
Teresa Ann Foxworthy was born in California and after being raised back East, in Maryland, she returned to California for college. After living in Europe for almost two years all together, mainly France & Switzerland, she still considers California home. Teresa spent the last 20 or more years developing personal growth & enlightening entertainment programs. Her clients and performances have crossed both Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. She has fans everywhere who appreciate her focus on inspiration for personal evolution. Most of her clients have been senior executives at Fortune 500 companies.
